What happens in the Elite Academy?
The Elite Academy Spring I Session will start February 16th, 2009. The emphasis will focus on Technical/Tactical Functional Training, while complementing team play. Spring Session I will focus on Speed of Play.
The Youth Academy will consist of four 6-week programs starting the
week of September 28th, 2009. The emphasis will focus on individual
technique, while complementing team play. Each 6-week program on
will have a different theme. Spring I: Control/Tricks &
Flicks; and Spring II: The Art of Finishing.
