Neusport Football Club’s 2009 Las Vegas Turkey Shoot is a stay-and-play tournament, which means, yes, we do make money from the hotels with which we have agreed-upon contracts. {As a non-profit soccer organization, we rely heavily on our soccer tournaments to fund our 750+ member club, especially our scholarship program that is currently helping disadvantaged Southern Nevada youth play soccer.} However, we have negotiated best-possible rates to make your rates competitive in today’s market. We rely on you as your team manager or coach to help us in achieving great success with our tournament, including the travel aspect. We have signed agreements with hotels…please do not try and go around us or enable your parents to make their own arrangements. We have financial liabilities to our partner hotels which ensure a set number of rooms which are based on your initial room counts. Should you find lower rates on a particular hotel’s website, please let us know immediately.

10 Things You Should Know:

1. As your team’s contact person, you will select a first and second choice for hotel accommodations.
   
   
2. Las Vegas Sports Tournaments will ultimately place your team at a hotel. Every effort will be made to place you at your first or second choice; however, your final placement will be based on availability.
   
   
3. Once you are notified of your final hotel placement, you will need to return the spreadsheet completed with your hotel guests and their credit card and contact information. 
   
   
4. Reservations will not be considered complete until your entire team books their individual rooms meeting your room block assignment.
   
   
5. Each room will be charged immediately a nonrefundable deposit typically equivalent to the first night rate and tax. The balance will be charged 31 days prior to your arrival and is nonrefundable.
   
   
6. There will be NO cancellations after November 2, 2009. Please refer to the Terms & Conditions section when you are booking online for more details.
   
   
7. You and your parents agree not to communicate with the hotels directly. All questions and change requests should be given to Las Vegas Sports Tournaments in accordance to our policies.
   
   
8. Your team’s final acceptance into the 2009 Las Vegas Turkey Shoot is contingent on your team’s compliance with its stay-and-play program.
   
   
9. All hotel rates and availability are subject to change. Special hotel requests and even room type may not be guaranteed until check-in on a first-come, first-served basis. Management reserves all rights to change your hotel accommodations if necessary.
